Removal of difficulty.—Where a private tutor had, before the commencement of the Recovery of Debts Due to Banks and Financial Institutions Act, 1993, carried on the giving of private tuition under a licence granted under the law then in force, such licence shall be deemed to have been granted under the Act and shall remain in force for sixty days from such commencement or until it expires, whichever is earlier.
