Removal of difficulty.—Where a person carrying on a regulated activity had, before the commencement of the Official Languages Act, 1963, carried on the carrying on of a regulated activity under a licence granted under the law then in force, such licence shall be deemed to have been granted under the Act and shall remain in force for ninety days from such commencement or until it expires, whichever is earlier.
