Removal of difficulty.—Where a court auctioneer had, before the commencement of the Limitation Act (Section 5 of the Indian Limitation Act), 1963, carried on the conduct of court auctions under a licence granted under the law then in force, such licence shall be deemed to have been granted under the Act and shall remain in force for ninety days from such commencement or until it expires, whichever is earlier.
