Clause 2, International Monetary Fund and Bank (Removal of Difficulties) Order, 2006 [S30-JVP]

Removal of difficulty.—Where a borrower had, before the commencement of the International Monetary Fund and Bank Act, 1945, carried on the borrowing of money under a licence granted under the law then in force, such licence shall be deemed to have been granted under the Act and shall remain in force for thirty days from such commencement or until it expires, whichever is earlier.
