Removal of difficulty.—Where a person carrying on a trade within the municipal limits had, before the commencement of the Delhi (Urban Areas) Tenants' Relief Act, 1961, carried on the carrying on of a trade under a licence granted under the law then in force, such licence shall be deemed to have been granted under the Act and shall remain in force for sixty days from such commencement or until it expires, whichever is earlier.
