Bye-law 2, Kochi Municipal Corporation (Appeals of The occupation of premises) Bye-laws, 2010 [S30-A8T]

Definitions.—In these bye-laws, unless the context otherwise requires,— (a) "Act" means the Kerala Municipality Act, 1994 (Kerala Act 20 of 1994); (b) "Form A" means the form so numbered in the Schedule; (c) words and expressions used herein and not defined but defined in the Act shall have the meanings respectively assigned to them in the Act.
