Bye-law 2, Kochi Municipal Corporation (Inspection of The development of land) Bye-laws, 2023 [S30-9K5]
As at 7 September 2026. In force from 1 November 2023.
Definitions.—In these bye-laws, unless the context otherwise requires,— (a) "Act" means the Kerala Municipality Act, 1994 (Kerala Act 20 of 1994); (b) "Form C" means the form so numbered in the Schedule; (c) words and expressions used herein and not defined but defined in the Act shall have the meanings respectively assigned to them in the Act.
