Bye-law 2, Bruhat Bengaluru Mahanagara Palike (Inspection of The occupation of premises) Bye-laws, 2026 [S30-834]

Definitions.—In these bye-laws, unless the context otherwise requires,— (a) "Act" means the Karnataka Municipal Corporations Act, 1977 (Karnataka Act 14 of 1977); (b) "Form A" means the form so numbered in the Schedule; (c) words and expressions used herein and not defined but defined in the Act shall have the meanings respectively assigned to them in the Act.
