Bye-law 2, Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation (Fees of The development of land) Bye-laws, 2025 [S30-7E7]

Definitions.—In these bye-laws, unless the context otherwise requires,— (a) "Act" means the Mumbai Municipal Corporation Act, 1888 (Maharashtra Act 3 of 1888); (b) "Form B" means the form so numbered in the Schedule; (c) words and expressions used herein and not defined but defined in the Act shall have the meanings respectively assigned to them in the Act.
