Clause 2, West Bengal Panchayat (Tax Control) Order, 2025 [S30-5B5]

Definitions.—In this Order, unless the context otherwise requires,— (a) "Act" means the West Bengal Panchayat Act, 1973 (West Bengal Act 41 of 1973); (b) "Form 2" means the form so numbered in the Schedule; (c) words and expressions used herein and not defined but defined in the Act shall have the meanings respectively assigned to them in the Act.
