Manner of Application.—Every licensee carrying on the provision of telecommunication services shall make an application for registration to the Telecom Disputes Settlement and Appellate Tribunal in Form C within thirty days of the commencement of these bye-laws, accompanied by a fee of ten lakh rupees.
