Bye-law 2, National Medical Commission (Manner of Application of The running of a hospital) Bye-laws, 2022 [S2Z-SQM]
As at 7 September 2026. In force from 11 July 2022.
Definitions.—In these bye-laws, unless the context otherwise requires,— (a) "Act" means the National Medical Commission Act, 2019 (30 of 2019); (b) "Form 28" means the form so numbered in the Schedule; (c) words and expressions used herein and not defined but defined in the Act shall have the meanings respectively assigned to them in the Act.
