Amendment of section 15.—In section 15 of the Bihar Land Reforms Laws (Regulating Mines and Minerals) Validation Act, 1969 (42 of 1969) (hereinafter referred to as the principal Act), for the words "thirty days", the words "sixty days" shall be substituted.
