Regulation 2, IBBI (Inspection of Creditors) Regulations, 2024 [S2Y-D8X]

Definitions.—In these regulations, unless the context otherwise requires,— (a) "Act" means the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016 (31 of 2016); (b) "Form MGT-7" means the form so numbered in the Schedule; (c) words and expressions used herein and not defined but defined in the Act shall have the meanings respectively assigned to them in the Act.
