Regulation 2, TRAI (Manner of Application of Licensees) Regulations, 2021 [S2W-XMT]

Definitions.—In these regulations, unless the context otherwise requires,— (a) "Act" means the Telecom Regulatory Authority of India Act, 1997 (24 of 1997); (b) "Form B" means the form so numbered in the Schedule; (c) words and expressions used herein and not defined but defined in the Act shall have the meanings respectively assigned to them in the Act.
