Regulation 2, Ahmedabad Urban Development Authority (Fees of Developers) Regulations, 2019 [S2V-Q07]

Definitions.—In these regulations, unless the context otherwise requires,— (a) "Act" means the Gujarat Town Planning and Urban Development Act, 1976 (Gujarat Act 27 of 1976); (b) "Form A" means the form so numbered in the Schedule; (c) words and expressions used herein and not defined but defined in the Act shall have the meanings respectively assigned to them in the Act.
