Regulation 2, Delhi Development Authority (Registration of Developers) Regulations, 2018 [S2V-D7E]

Definitions.—In these regulations, unless the context otherwise requires,— (a) "Act" means the Delhi Development Act, 1957 (61 of 1957); (b) "Form C" means the form so numbered in the Schedule; (c) words and expressions used herein and not defined but defined in the Act shall have the meanings respectively assigned to them in the Act.
