Section 1, Andhra Pradesh Land Titling Act, 2023 [S2N-NR5]
As at 7 September 2026. In force from 3 September 2023.
1. Short title, extent and commencement.—(1) This Act may be called the Andhra Pradesh Land Titling Act, 2023. (2) It extends to the whole of the State of Andhra Pradesh. (3) It shall come into force on such date as the State Government may, by notification in the Official Gazette, appoint, and different dates may be appointed for different provisions of this Act.
