2. Amendment of section 18.—In section 18 of the Maharashtra Water Resources Regulatory Authority Act, 2005 (Maharashtra Act 18 of 2005) (hereinafter referred to as the principal Act), for the words "ninety days", the words "sixty days" shall be substituted.
