Rule 2, Telangana Rights in Land and Pattadar Pass Books Act Rules, 2021 [S2N-JBT]

2. Definitions.—(1) In these rules, unless the context otherwise requires,— (a) "Act" means the Telangana Rights in Land and Pattadar Pass Books Act, 2020 (Telangana Act 9 of 2020); (b) "Form" means a form appended to these rules; (c) "section" means a section of the Act. (2) Words and expressions used herein and not defined but defined in the Act shall have the meanings respectively assigned to them in the Act.
