2. Amendment of section 35.—In section 35 of the Maharashtra Regional and Town Planning Act, 1966 (Maharashtra Act 37 of 1966) (hereinafter referred to as the principal Act), for the words "thirty days", the words "one hundred and twenty days" shall be substituted.
