2. Amendment of section 18.—In section 18 of the Rajasthan Transparency in Public Procurement Act, 2012 (Rajasthan Act 21 of 2012) (hereinafter referred to as the principal Act), for the words "five lakh rupees", the words "twenty-five lakh rupees" shall be substituted.
