2. Amendment of section 11.—In section 11 of the Uttar Pradesh Panchayat Raj Act, 1947 (Uttar Pradesh Act 26 of 1947) (hereinafter referred to as the principal Act), for the words "ten thousand rupees", the words "ten thousand rupees" shall be substituted.
