2. Amendment of section 13.—In section 13 of the Andhra Pradesh Cinemas (Regulation) Act, 1955 (Andhra Pradesh Act 4 of 1955) (hereinafter referred to as the principal Act), for the words "ninety days", the words "thirty days" shall be substituted.
