2. Amendment of section 28.—In section 28 of the Kerala Motor Transport Workers Welfare Fund Act, 1985 (Kerala Act 21 of 1985) (hereinafter referred to as the principal Act), for the words "seven days", the words "sixty days" shall be substituted.
