2. Amendment of section 25.—In section 25 of the Tamil Nadu Agricultural Produce Marketing (Regulation) Act, 1987 (Tamil Nadu Act 27 of 1987) (hereinafter referred to as the principal Act), for the words "five thousand rupees", the words "twenty-five thousand rupees" shall be substituted.
