2. Amendment of section 37.—In section 37 of the Maharashtra Fiscal Responsibility and Budgetary Management Act, 2005 (Maharashtra Act 15 of 2005) (hereinafter referred to as the principal Act), for the words "twenty-one days", the words "sixty days" shall be substituted.
