2. Amendment of section 13.—In section 13 of the Karnataka Motor Vehicles Taxation Act, 1957 (Karnataka Act 35 of 1957) (hereinafter referred to as the principal Act), for the words "thirty days", the words "sixty days" shall be substituted.
