Section 14, Tamil Nadu Regulation of Rights and Responsibilities of Landlords and Tenants Act, 2017 [S2N-875]

14. Maintenance of records and furnishing of returns.—(1) Every landlord shall maintain such records and registers relating to the letting of premises as may be prescribed and shall preserve them for a period of five years. (2) Every landlord shall furnish to the Authority a return in Form C within sixty days from the end of every financial year, and such other information as the Authority may, by order in writing, require.
