2. Amendment of section 13.—In section 13 of the Rajasthan Transparency in Public Procurement Act, 2012 (Rajasthan Act 21 of 2012) (hereinafter referred to as the principal Act), for the words "nil rupees", the words "twenty-five lakh rupees" shall be substituted.
