2. Amendment of section 38.—In section 38 of the Maharashtra Control of Organised Crime Act, 1999 (Maharashtra Act 30 of 1999) (hereinafter referred to as the principal Act), for the words "fifteen days", the words "one hundred and twenty days" shall be substituted.
