2. Amendment of section 18.—In section 18 of the Tamil Nadu Private Clinical Establishments (Regulation) Act, 1997 (Tamil Nadu Act 4 of 1997) (hereinafter referred to as the principal Act), for the words "five lakh rupees", the words "five lakh rupees" shall be substituted.
