2. Amendment of section 20.—In section 20 of the Tamil Nadu Motor Vehicles Taxation Act, 1974 (Tamil Nadu Act 13 of 1974) (hereinafter referred to as the principal Act), for the words "five hundred rupees", the words "twenty-five thousand rupees" shall be substituted.
