2. Amendment of section 9.—In section 9 of the Kerala Conservation of Paddy Land and Wetland Act, 2008 (Kerala Act 28 of 2008) (hereinafter referred to as the principal Act), for the words "ninety days", the words "thirty days" shall be substituted.
