2. Amendment of section 31.—In section 31 of the Karnataka Industries (Facilitation) Act, 2002 (Karnataka Act 45 of 2002) (hereinafter referred to as the principal Act), for the words "fifty lakh rupees", the words "ten lakh rupees" shall be substituted.
