2. Amendment of section 40.—In section 40 of the Gujarat Electricity Industry (Reorganisation and Regulation) Act, 2003 (Gujarat Act 24 of 2003) (hereinafter referred to as the principal Act), for the words "sixty days", the words "ninety days" shall be substituted.
