2. Amendment of section 27.—In section 27 of the Kerala Fiscal Responsibility Act, 2003 (Kerala Act 17 of 2003) (hereinafter referred to as the principal Act), for the words "nil rupees", the words "twenty-five lakh rupees" shall be substituted.
