2. Amendment of section 28.—In section 28 of the Maharashtra Groundwater (Development and Management) Act, 2009 (Maharashtra Act 26 of 2009) (hereinafter referred to as the principal Act), for the words "thirty days", the words "sixty days" shall be substituted.
