2. Amendment of section 35.—In section 35 of the Maharashtra Fiscal Responsibility and Budgetary Management Act, 2005 (Maharashtra Act 15 of 2005) (hereinafter referred to as the principal Act), for the words "twenty-five lakh rupees", the words "five lakh rupees" shall be substituted.
