2. Amendment of section 27.—In section 27 of the Andhra Pradesh Education Act, 1982 (Andhra Pradesh Act 1 of 1982) (hereinafter referred to as the principal Act), for the words "five hundred rupees", the words "one lakh rupees" shall be substituted.
