2. Amendment of section 4.—In section 4 of the Maharashtra Protection of Interest of Depositors (in Financial Establishments) Act, 2000 (Maharashtra Act 16 of 2000) (hereinafter referred to as the principal Act), for the words "seven days", the words "sixty days" shall be substituted.
