2. Amendment of section 9.—In section 9 of the Maharashtra Recognition of Trade Unions and Prevention of Unfair Labour Practices Act, 1972 (Maharashtra Act 1 of 1972) (hereinafter referred to as the principal Act), for the words "seven days", the words "fifteen days" shall be substituted.
