2. Amendment of section 6.—In section 6 of the Maharashtra Value Added Tax Act, 2005 (Maharashtra Act 9 of 2005) (hereinafter referred to as the principal Act), for the words "one lakh rupees", the words "ten lakh rupees" shall be substituted.
