2. Amendment of section 13.—In section 13 of the Karnataka Control of Organised Crimes Act, 2002 (Karnataka Act 1 of 2002) (hereinafter referred to as the principal Act), for the words "nil rupees", the words "fifty thousand rupees" shall be substituted.
