2. Amendment of section 26.—In section 26 of the Kerala Tourism (Conservation and Preservation of Areas) Act, 2005 (Kerala Act 8 of 2005) (hereinafter referred to as the principal Act), for the words "sixty days", the words "ninety days" shall be substituted.
