2. Amendment of section 29.—In section 29 of the Karnataka Devadasis (Prohibition of Dedication) Act, 1982 (Karnataka Act 1 of 1982) (hereinafter referred to as the principal Act), for the words "seven days", the words "thirty days" shall be substituted.
