12. Procedure for participation in procurement.—(1) Every bidder shall, before undertaking participation in procurement, intimate the Controller General of Accounts in writing, specifying the contract concerned and the period for which it is proposed to be undertaken. (2) The Controller General of Accounts may, within sixty days of the receipt of the intimation, require the person to furnish such further particulars as it considers necessary.
