12. Procedure for dealing in antiquities.—(1) Every licensee shall, before undertaking dealing in antiquities, intimate the Director General in writing, specifying the antiquity concerned and the period for which it is proposed to be undertaken. (2) The Director General may, within ninety days of the receipt of the intimation, require the person to furnish such further particulars as it considers necessary.
