2. Amendment of section 29.—In section 29 of the Maharashtra Motor Vehicles Tax Act, 1958 (Maharashtra Act 65 of 1958) (hereinafter referred to as the principal Act), for the words "thirty days", the words "one hundred and twenty days" shall be substituted.
