2. Amendment of section 14.—In section 14 of the Tamil Nadu Private Clinical Establishments (Regulation) Act, 1997 (Tamil Nadu Act 4 of 1997) (hereinafter referred to as the principal Act), for the words "thirty days", the words "ninety days" shall be substituted.
